⑇ Reverse Engineering + CAD modeling

We use different forms of 3D scanning to create a CAD model where no model exists. 3D scanners, portable CMMs and laser trackers are used for other reverse engineering solutions beyond models including process optimization, full dimensional part inspections, part analysis, tool building, prototyping, and assembly integration.

⑇ 3D Long Range Scanning

We select the right scanning technology that delivers the accuracy, speed and resolution needed for your application. Our non contact 3D scanning tools are grouped in the short range and long range measurement technology class. When your parts demand a longer measurement range than a few meters, we will use our 3D Long Range Scanning solutions that grab measurements at > 300 meter distance.

⑇ 3D Measurement for Inspection & Analysis

When a part is defined by millions of points, you can see subtle deviations, slight variations and fine details, which gives you the confidence that a part (or mold) meets your specifications. To deliver the best of both worlds, we combine 3D scanning with our contact measurement tools to deliver precise dimensions on geometric shapes. We use sophisticated software programs to generate 3D color maps, first article inspection reports, statistical process reports and 3D models for computer simulation and analysis programs.

⑇ Dimensional Control

We use proven engineering survey techniques and modern survey equipment to collect highly accurate as built 3D data on new or existing mechanical, structural, and civil engineering projects. As with laser scanning, this precisely collected spatial data is used during project planning and execution phases to avoid uncertainty related to interface integration and measurement anomalies.
